Where are We in the Process?
We have begun preparing the Phase 2 Draft EIS. Publication is anticipated in early spring 2017.
*NEW* Phase 2 Draft EIS - Scope of Analysis
The Phase 2 Draft EIS – Scope of Analysis Report is now available. Click here to view the report. This report summarizes the alternatives and the elements of the environment that are being evaluated in the Phase 2 Draft EIS. The scope was developed based on the scoping comments received during the Phase 2 scoping period (conducted from April 14–May 31, 2016 and June 30–August 1, 2016). The report is also posted on the Library Page, under Phase 2 Materials, and is marked with a *NEW* icon.
*NEW* Corrosion Report
A new corrosion report has been published by PSE's consultant, DNV GL. The City of Bellevue’s consultant, EDM Services, will input the data from the corrosion report into their assessment impact model. The model results will help Eastside communities understand the likelihood that there could be problems with the Olympic Pipeline due to the proposed Energize Eastside project, and whether such problems, if any, would be serious. The results of the risk modeling will be included in the Phase 2 Draft EIS. Click here to view the report. It is also posted on the Library Page, under Phase 2 Materials, and is marked with a *NEW* icon.
*NEW* Additional Information Posted on Library Page
New files were posted on the Library Page on December 13, 16, 21 and 28, 2016. They are posted under Phase 2 Materials and are marked with a *NEW* icon.
