We want to hear from you! The Phase 2 Scoping public comment period is currently open and ends on Tuesday, May 31, 2016. You may provide comments via the online comment form, by submitting comments via email or mail, or by giving oral comments during the public comment portion of a public meeting listed below.

Phase 2 Scoping Meetings
If you would like to learn more about the EIS or provide oral comments for Phase 2 Scoping, three public meetings are being held in May. Each meeting will begin with an open house, followed by a short presentation and an oral comment period. The public comment period will begin after the open house and presentation. The order of speakers will be chosen at random.
• Tuesday May 10, 6:00-8:30 pm, Oliver Hazen High School
• Saturday May 14, 2:00-4:30 pm, Rose Hill Elementary School
• Tuesday May 17, 6:00-9:00 pm, Bellevue City Hall
The first two meetings will be two and a half hours long. The final meeting on May 17 at Bellevue City Hall will be three hours long and will allow for approximately 135 minutes of oral testimony. The information presented at all of the meetings will be the same. Attendance is optional. You can provide comments without attending a meeting.
