Where are We in the Process?
We have reopened the Phase 2 Scoping public comment period and are accepting additional comments from the public on the new alternative alignments proposed by PSE. The next step in the process is preparation of the Phase 2 Draft EIS.
*NEW* Two New Documents Available on Library Page
Two new documents are available on the Library page, a vegetation impact analysis summary and a tree inventory report. They are listed under Phase 2 Materials, PSE Alternative Background Documents.
Reopened Phase 2 Scoping Public Comment Period & New Alternatives
The Phase 2 Scoping public comment period has been reopened in order to allow the public to review and comment on new alternatives proposed by PSE. The new alternatives do not represent PSE’s preferred alignment, but are designed to bypass the boundaries of the East Bellevue Community Council. The comment period is currently open and ends on Monday, August 1, 2016. The new alternatives are:
Phase 2 Scoping Comment Summary Report & Comment Record
A comment summary report and comment record have been prepared for the Phase 2 Scoping comments submitted between April 14 and May 31. The comment summary report provides a summary of the comments received and the three public meetings held during this period. The comment record provides a copy of all comments received, including written comments submitted via emails, letters, comment cards, the online comment form, and oral testimony at public meetings. Following the close of the additional Phase 2 Scoping period, these documents will be amended to incorporate scoping comments submitted between June 30 and August 1, 2016.
