Where are We in the Process?
We are preparing the Final EIS, including reviewing and responding to comments from Phase 1 and Phase 2. The Final EIS is anticipated for publication in early 2018.
*NEW* PSE Permit Applications
PSE has begun submitting permit applications for portions of the Energize Eastside project. Applications must be filed separately for each jurisdiction because each must issue separate permits.

End of Public Comment Period for Phase 2 Draft EIS
The Phase 2 Draft EIS public comment period opened on May 8th and ended on July 6, 2017. Initially, the comment period was scheduled to end on June 21st, but was extended to July 6th in response to a request from a citizen group.
Phase 2 Draft EIS Comment Record
The Comment Record document is now available on the Library page. This three-part document includes emails, letters, public hearing testimony and website comment form entries received during the Phase 2 Draft EIS public comment period.
