Does Signing Up Make Me a Party of Record?
Signing up for our interest list does not make you a "party of record" for the Energize Eastside EIS. Being a party of record is necessary for any legal appeals regarding the adequacy of the EIS. To become a party of record, you must submit a comment and your physical mailing address during one of the public comment periods that are part of the EIS process and advertised on our Participate page during the EIS process.
